    Department overview

    The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximising efficiency and capitalising on the full features and benefits of the CRM system based on the various user group needs. The Administrator will perform basic updates to help maintain the data quality of the system. The role holder requires a good understanding of the organisation’s business, have solid salesforce.com skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Most importantly they should be proactive, organised and have good attention to detail.

    Role responsibilities

    • Owning the administration of the Client resource upload process
    • CRM data entry and daily tickets to resolve
    • Running daily data checks and processes to ensure integrity of the data
    • Creating and managing reports/dashboards
    • System regression testing in preparation for upgrades
    • Document processes and guides

    Key capabilities and knowledge

    • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
    • Team player with positive “can-do” attitude
    • Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
    • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Salesforce experience desired but not must have
    • Able to demonstrate some understanding or show interest in the Equities business and how various teams work together (e.g. sales, research, sales trading, ECM)

    Able to demonstrate some understanding or show interest of the Buy Side institutional landscape, their business structure and the nature of the relationship with Sell Side.
