We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our welcoming and diverse global marketing team based in our London office. This is an exciting and diverse role which will work across global marketing projects.
As part of the Events Marketing Operations Team, this role will be responsible for our corporate and investor (LP) marketing as well as providing support across sponsorship marking and global marketing optimisation projects.
The role
- Liaising with editorial, events and HR teams to ensure that our corporate website is kept up-to-date
- Working with the global events marketing team to ensure that LP marketing campaigns are running
- Reporting on key metrics, lead numbers and registrations for LP marketing campaigns
- Provide additional campaign support for the LP audience across all marketing channels (email marketing, digital channels, social media, direct mail, website, media partners)
- Support on sponsorship marketing acquisition across all marketing channels
- Work with the design team to create and update content pieces for sponsorship and LP marketing
- Update reporting on LP and sponsorship marketing activity
- Update all stakeholders on LP and sponsorship marketing activity
- Provide support to the Global Marketing Leader on global marketing optimisation projects to gain efficiencies, ensure consistency and improve results across event marketing campaigns

Qualification & experience
- Bachelor’s degree – B.S. or B.A (desirable)
- 1 years' experience in a marketing related role (or similar)
- Ability to write compelling and benefit led copy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proofing and editing competency
- Experience in campaign tracking and reporting
- Data literate - segmentation, integrity,
- Ability to create and work to marketing plan
- Knowledge of financial markets and in particular, the alternative asset industry (desirable)
- Knowledge of and experience using social media platforms (desirable)
- Hands on experience with email deployment systems, web-based software, back-end website CMS and CRM (desirable)
- Understanding of direct and digital marketing metrics (desirable)
