    The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion across the UK, of funding for local investment by March 2025.

    The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills. The following roles are funded by the Shared Prosperity Fund and are until 31 December 2024.

We are looking for a driven graduate who is poised to play a pivotal role in providing project development support to a delivery focused town centre regeneration team. The role will provide learning and development opportunities through close collaborate working with the Regeneration Manager and Project Leaders. This opportunity is a perfect launch pad for your career ambitions.

    Your role will be characterised by your adept understanding and interest in crucial project management principles, substantiated by hands-on experience in project delivery. Your familiarity with the project environments, acquired through your academic journey or volunteer involvements, will empower enable you to provide comprehensive assistance encompassing both administrative and financial dimensions of projects, to include the undertaking of project feasibility assessments and value-for-money analyses independently.

    While a foundational grasp of technical aspects is preferred, rest assured that our primary interest in developing and harnessing your core skills to work with our accomplished project leads who will guide you through the intricacies, nurturing your expertise in this realm.

    You will hold a degree or NVQ level 4 qualification in a related discipline — be it Project Management, Business Management, or Economics. Proficiency in harnessing EXCEL as a Project Management tool is a must.
