    PepsiCo Quality Internship Programme is 9-month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire a Quality Control Intern to join the team in our Carrigaline site.

    We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands.

    We are a global organisation, situated in 16 locations across 9 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT.     The Technical Function is our team of enabling experts offering knowledge and partnership to functions on specialist subjects including engineering, quality and productivity.     Responsibilities

    • Comply with Confidentiality Policy
    • Completing laboratory testing
    • Investigating non-conforming product
    • Working with departments across the manufactured team to ensure all testing is completed in a timely manner
    • Project management
    • A requirement of this role is that all PepsiCo Health and Safety requirements are adhered to

    Qualifications

    • Working towards a science related degree
    • Good communication, verbal and written
    • Interest in food/beverages and the food and beverage industry
    • High degree of initiative & motivation
    • Strong decision making
    • Additional Desired Criteria

    • Self-starter and eager to learn
    • Strong IT skills in Word & excel

    What happens after I apply?
