In the UK, Pernod Ricard is made up of 3 businesses:
- Pernod Ricard UK, which markets, sells and distributes our products in the UK and also drives the global development of our iconic Gin brands through The Gin Hub
- Chivas Brothers, the largest brand company in the Group, responsible for the production and management of our award-winning Scotch whisky portfolio
- Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, the global and EMEA home of the group’s duty free, air travel and cruises business.
Your new team
This position sits in our Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) business. The Strategy and Transformation team sits at the heart of our business and is focused on accelerating the company’s performance and significantly growing value market share over the next five years and into the future. There are four specialist areas working closely together within the Strategy and Transformation team: Category Development, Consumer & Shopper Insights, Business Integration, and Commercial Transformation. This role sits within the Commercial Transformation team.
Your unique contribution
Your role will have three main areas of responsibility:
Data Projects
- Work with teams across Pernod Ricard UK to create a single pipeline of data projects to improve our data
- Own the day-to-day management and reporting of the project pipeline
- These projects will involve product, sales, marketing, finance and commercial data
- Establish a process for reviewing and measuring their commercial value and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business teams to deliver key data projects
- Provide monthly progress reports and presentations to stakeholders
Data Analysis
- Provide analytical support for data projects to help solve business problems. Projects will cover marketing, commercial and finance data.
- Deliver data analysis to highlight data issues
- Present analysis to senior stakeholders with recommendations
Employee Engagement
- Lead on the development of the employee data portal to showcase current activities across Pernod Ricard UK
- Promote the portal to business teams through presentations, webinars and other channels
- Engage with business teams to gain ideas for new content
- Create engaging content to drive usage of the platform
- Link to global data teams to share insights and understand best practice

Externally, You will work with other data teams across the Pernod Ricard group when required
