    The successful candidate will principally be involved in assisting the company with the identification of new strategic land opportunities and the promotion of existing sites within the Company’s strategic land portfolio. The role will also involve assisting with the preparation of supporting information for planning applications on strategic schemes and collating information from both external consultants and internal teams.

    Qualifications/Experience

    The successful candidate should have a Planning Related Degree or be working towards qualification and must hold a current UK driving licence. Experience of working with a Local Authority or private practice consultancy would be an advantage, but not essential. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the development plan system and up to date planning policy documentation and be capable of analysing data.

    Skills

    The successful candidate will have good communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, be enthusiastic, hard working, self motivated and pro active.
