    Then apply for an internship in Consumer Market Knowledge (CMK) at Procter & Gamble (P&G) where we use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and great research. We use state of the art analytics tools and research capabilities to dig deep and understand consumers, markets and retailers. We serve as internal business strategy consultants, whose role it is to ensure that consumer analytics and market insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution. You will work on multi-functional business teams to constantly explore new opportunities for business growth and fuel the organisation with insights to inform retailer, category and brand strategies.

    What to expect

    During your 12-week summer internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in CMK with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.

    You will be working on live P&G UK business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous CMK internship projects cover topics such as how to win with fast growing consumer groups and new media touchpoints, how to improve the shopping experience for P&G categories, how to best communicate brand value during the cost of living crisis.

    Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.     This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office.

    • Full Time Role - Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation.     Job qualifications

    What we look for

    • University students, graduating in 2024 or 2025 and pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Anthropology, Psychology, Data Analytics or any other related field.
    • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with strong observational and analytical capability.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong verbal and written English language skills.

    Start date: The internship's duration is from July 1st, 2024 until September 20th, 2024.
