    What You Can Expect

    By joining Supply Network Operations, you can expect a career with opportunities to move across different areas of the Supply Chain. From Day 1, you could:

    • Represent P&G externally towards the Customer and represent the Customer representative within P&G. With the aim of driving Supply Chain Value Creation, balancing Service, Cost, and Cash.
    • Lead the Supply, Demand, new products launch as well as logistic projects in a specific category. You will get responsibility for the market readiness and product availability of the line up in the category, working with sourcing sites and planning centres across Europe.
    • Have full ownership of process improvements linked to our productivity targets, identify process losses, recognise and the build the capability within your organisation to drive overall team results, and manage changes to the business including new supply lane integrations and improvements to operational strategies.

    Our assignments offer you the chance to create an immediate impact on the business while you continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills! You will work on a team with representatives from various other functions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business.

    The Manufacturing and Logistics Career Academy: December 2022

    The Manufacturing & Logistics Career Academy is the final step in our application process to secure yourselfa graduate role with P&G. This exclusive event is an intensive learning course designed to challenge your technical skills, critical thinking, networking and leadership, in real business situations. You'll work on a real manufacturing case study and get the opportunity to present your ideas to a board of leaders at P&G, followed by a final interview. If you are successful at the event you will be offered a full-time role at P&G upon graduation.

    TheCommercial Career Academy will take place in in December2022.

    What We Are Looking For

    • University undergrads/graduates who have recently completed a degree or will complete their degree in Summer 2023 in any Engineering discipline - other STEM degrees will also be considered.
    • Evidence of passion and achievements,particularly leadership, in academic and/or non- academic activities, short work experience or internshipsare a plus.
    • Strong English verbal and writing skills.
