As for the rest

You’ll have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s between 2021-2023 with a 2:1 or above. You’ll also need a valid UK driving license with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience. We’re more interested in your passion and drive than the type of degree you completed, so we welcome applications from any and all academic backgrounds.

While we welcome applications from all countries, candidates will need to have the right to work in the UK. PMI doesn’t offer sponsorship for the EVOLV graduate programme.

What to expect

You’ll begin your journey with a two-month induction to get you up to speed, helping you to understand our business and how it operates. After your onboarding, you’ll carry out three assignments: commercial, strategic and managerial. A three-tier performance review will follow each assignment, allowing you to celebrate your successes, share your learnings and identify your development goals.

Throughout your induction and EVOLV programme, you will have the support of a mentor and buddy, as well as your programme manager who will encourage your development and progression. You’ll be a permanent employee from day one.

Training & Onboarding

Our exciting and thorough induction process gives you the opportunity to learn about us and engage with experts from across our whole business, including our leadership team.

You’ll work on a range of real business challenges, where you can provide your ideas and input to help us move closer to achieving our vision.

Commercial Assignment 

This is your first opportunity to gain real experience and have genuine responsibility. You’ll be working across our commercial department in a field-based sales role. There, you’ll be exposed to our customers and consumers first hand – understanding how we put our consumer at the core of everything we do.

Strategic Assignment

Understanding the business from a strategic point of view is crucial for our commercial delivery and success. We’re a global company; building a successful career at PMI requires a rounded knowledge of how different departments and regions function and interact.

Managerial Experience

Now that you’ve got a broad understanding of our business and consumers, it’s time to develop your management skills. This may mean managing people, managing projects or managing third parties, the purpose of this assignment is to give you the accountability and responsibility of a manager.
