The Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is designed to discover future business leaders and incorporate you into the Philips business where your new ideas and passion will shape the Philips business of tomorrow. You will have strong support networks with business managers, mentors and previous graduates. Your cohort will start in September 2024 and will be supported with a comprehensive personal development plan over the two-year scheme. As part of the programme you will be given a stretch project in another area of the UKI business.
