We’re currently recruiting for a Risk Analyst to join our Client Services team to support Customer Operations in enabling the business to deliver good risk outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Produce regular and ad hoc risk reports and develop perspective/value-add commentary where needed.
- Undertake reporting and analysis of key risk and control metrics and provide insight on key trends.
- Work collaboratively with other Risk teams and colleagues to provide data, insight and analytical expertise on risk and control across Client Services.
- Contribute to the delivery of reporting to Risk Committees and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of the risk management framework. Proactively identify risks and recommend actions to manage or mitigate these risks. Maintaining robust controls around receiving and processing information from multiple business units.
- Gain insight into wider team initiatives including the assessment, quantification, and monitoring of risks across internal teams and outsourced service providers.
- Support team members with delivering the key objectives and milestones for the Risk team.
- Co-ordinate and manage priorities when working on a number of varied areas.
- Continuously developing and maintaining technical knowledge.
- Managing and maintaining key internal relationships.
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Highly skilled in data analysis, ability to manipulate large data sets e.g. advanced Excel
- Some experience and understanding of risk management frameworks
Desirable
- PowerBI
- Certifications - The Institute of Risk Management

Salary and benefits
