    We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Customer Operations Representative in our Workplace Benefits Platform Helpdesk team.

    The role

    • You will via telephone and email assist the employees of our workplace benefits clients by providing them with benefit information, site navigation, and technical assistance
    • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the team is prepared for our clients’ annual benefits enrolment
    • Data gather, analysis and report production to inform our clients of our team’s performance
    • Be upskilled to assist the wider department, in particular our administration team

    What we’re looking for

    • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • A passion for customer service with a commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for our customers
    • Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills

    Salary and benefits

    Up to £25,000 plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more
