The role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to assist with the planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns and activities to support the many Phoenix and partner-led solutions and services we provide as well as other marketing goals. From concept through to execution, this role will improve the customer experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints.

The role

Working with a dedicated team of in-house specialists, this is a varied role that covers campaign planning and strategy, design, content creation and a whole mix of campaigns across the world’s leading software and hardware partners such as Microsoft, VMware, Dell, Adobe, Sophos and more.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Liaise with vendors and ecosystem partners to create plans and content for use in campaigns and collateral, with support from the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Creation of web pages, resources, and posts for website (WordPress)
  • Creation of landing pages, social media, and email campaigns (HubSpot)
  • Design and creation of datasheets, eBooks, presentations, infographics, white papers etc.
  • Assisting with the setup and recording of our podcasts
  • Creation and editing of videos/animated images – animation, recordings etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support our website and content marketing (blog, social media assets and more) all while adhering to the relevant brand guidelines
  • Help bring new ideas to life using your expertise and eye for great design
  • Keep on top of industry-related topics, themes and product information to identify customers’ needs related to these
  • Ensure Our Values are adhered to in all we do both internally and externally
  • Support objectives as defined in the company’s information security policy

Ideally, you will already have

  • Excellent marketing, design, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Good knowledge of audio and video editing using Adobe Premier Pro, Audition and After Effects
  • Knowledge of Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Twitters Ad campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills – particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of using HubSpot ideal, but not compulsory

Experience

  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of professional marketing experience
