As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
You will assist in the administration of marketing campaigns, events, manage leads, support with analysis, research and reporting, handle data entry and cleansing, and assist in managing marketing development funds (MDF) claims and portals.
The main responsibilities
- Assist in the management of MDF claims and portals, ensuring that claims are correctly submitted, tracked, and reconciled
- Manage leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are properly entered into the CRM system, and support with the follow up with sales
- Manage marketing inboxes and action enquiries, leads etc.
- Perform data entry and analysis to support the marketing team’s efforts
- Manage online portals and ensure accuracy of claims, deadlines are met, and funding is maximised
- Provide research, analysis, and administrative support to the marketing team as needed
- Coordinate, book, and support with marketing events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships
- Manage stocks of promotional goods for giveaways at events etc.
- Support with ordering of marketing items – campaigns, promotional goods etc.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners from an MDF point of view
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
About you
Ideally, you will already have:
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience with lead management and reporting
- Experience with setup, management and running of events, webinars, and exhibitions
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel
- Experience with MDF claims processing and online portal management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot and Dynamics 365) a plus
