    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Engineering to improve Operational performance using Continuous Improvement tools & techniques.
    • Provide technical expertise and process knowledge to support on site Operations in controlling/optimising manufacturing processes and equipment.
    • Responsible for the implementation and commissioning of new equipment/processes.
    • Build technical specifications for proposed new equipment design/development
    • Scope out new technologies and help to build business case to support implementation.

    What You’ll Need

    • Process or Chemical Engineering degree - 2.1 or above
    • No more than 2 years of professional experience
    • Geographically mobile - entrants are expected to be mobile within the UK and Ireland and open to completing part of their placement away from home
    • Entrants are not expected to have proven experience in manufacturing, engineering or operations but must have a demonstrable passion across these areas.
    • Applications will also be considered from candidates who chose not to complete a degree level qualification but have equivalent entry level food industry experience and are keen to develop further in their early career.

    3. Successful applicants from the video interview stage will then be invited to attend an assessment centre in May 2022
    4. Successful candidates will then start in September 2022
