    What is Spring Week

    Your career possibilities are abundant with a foundation built in partnership with Piper Sandler. Our Spring Week programme is set to target leading talent, building a strong pipeline of future potential.

    This three-day programme gives students invaluable networking, interactive workshops, work shadowing and case studies. Students will have an in-depth experience working within a leading global investment bank.

    Use this unique opportunity to hear more about career prospects from senior leaders and rising junior professionals at the firm.

    For those that are successful in the Spring Week programme, you may receive an offer to be fast-tracked for a 2025 summer internship. Applicants should be either in the first year of a three-year degree or the second year of a four-year degree, graduating in 2026. Ideal candidates will have an interest in the financial markets with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, and strong analytical ability.

    Application Process

    Applications open for 6-weeks, from Monday 11th December 2023 to Friday 19th January 2024. We will review applications on a rolling basis, and candidates should hear back by Friday 26th January 2024.
