What will this role achieve?
As part of our ‘Emerging Talent’ Graduate Programme you will have the opportunity to work with some of the Nation's Favourite snacking brands including McVities, Jaffa, Penguin, Mini Cheddars, Jacob’s and Carr’s.
As an HR Graduate, you will join our 2-year rotational programme designed to give you a wide variety of on the job experience across our Regional HR team. As part of the programme, you will gain both generalist and specialist experience supplemented by coaching and training.
You will take on three 8-month placements during the 2 years gaining experience across the whole employee lifecycle, including:
- Recruitment and selection
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
- Training programme development and delivery
- Employee and Trade Union relations
- HR Policy
- Culture change
- Talent processes
- Project management
- Coaching and supporting line managers
- Reward management

Location and Salary
This role will be based at pladis’ global head office at the beautiful Chiswick Park, which comprises of 1.8 million sq ft of award-winning accommodation and over 45,000 sq ft of retail including the on-site Virgin Active gym, restaurants, convenience stores and an ever-changing array of pop-up traders and street-food vendors.
This role is an agile 3,2 working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
There is limited parking at Chiswick Park, which is available on a first come first served basis, however the business park is well connected via public transport links and we encourage colleagues to use these.
As part of our emerging talent programme you will need to be flexible to travel to other sites across the UK for both the role and training. There may also be the option of relocation for rotations, therefore flexibility would be important.
The starting salary is £32,000 with a joining bonus equivalent to one month's base salary to help you prepare for the scheme, which includes moving and other expenses. This would need to be repaid should you decide to leave within 12 months of the programme.

The application process for pladis’ Emerging Talent Graduate Programme will close on Friday 5 th January.
- Complete initial screening to give us more information on yourself and motivation for joining pladis.
- After this is reviewed you will be invited to complete some online assessments.
- The next stage following successful completion of the assessments will be a video interview, to allow us to find out more about you and your interest in pladis’ Emerging Talent Graduate Programme.
- Finally, if successful, you will be invited to the final stage of the recruitment process which is to deliver a presentation. This will be held in person at Chiswick Park during the last 2 weeks of February.
