    We are developing and investing in our video marketing and production capabilities within Renishaw and are currently seeking a Video Marketing Executive for our Encoder Products Division (EPD). You will help ensure we deliver engaging and effective video content across all our sales and marketing channels and create positive customer experiences.

    The role

    This role is based at our headquarters at New Mills in Gloucestershire and has the opportunity for hybrid working. You will support the Marketing Content Manager in delivering on-time, innovative and engaging video that is tailored to meet marketing channel requirements and hit our performance benchmarks. You will implement our multi-channel video marketing strategy and run video production for our range of position encoder products. This is a varied role working across a broad range of subject matters, technologies and video styles (from customer case studies and product expert interviews to installation and technology demonstrations).

    This role will require high levels of creativity, team collaboration and communication, along with the attention to detail to maintain the reputation of a FTSE250, global engineering company. Renishaw supports on-going continuous professional development and any specialist training required. The role is likely to involve occasional national and overseas travel, circumstances permitting.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and completing end-to-end video production projects to support our marketing strategy across our sales and marketing channels.
    • Careful briefing, planning and on-time delivery of video production projects.
    • Researching, script-writing, shooting, directing, editing and publishing of video packages.
    • Reporting on video content performance for on-going improvement.
    • Monitoring video trends and competitor activity to help refine our strategy.
    • Working creatively within brand style guidelines and assets for video production.

    Key requirements

    • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
    • A degree (or relevant experience) in journalism or media production.
    • A passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
    • A keen interest and hands-on skills in photography and videography.
    • Experience using video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro.
    • Strong listening, communication, and networking skills to enable excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
    • An appreciation for consistency, high quality and brand values.
    • A self-starter and team player.
    • Flexible can-do approach and excellent time management skills.
    • A full and valid UK driving licence.

    Desirable requirements

    • Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly Photoshop and After Effects.
    • Animation and visual effects skills.
    • Experience in other multimedia production e.g. sound recording and optimisation.
    • Experience of video promotion, publishing and optimisation.
    • Experience working with fellow creatives such as graphic designers and illustrators.
    • Experience of working in a large-scale, B2B, global organisation and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across all levels.
    • An understanding of, or an interest in, manufacturing and engineering subjects.
    • Experience using Google Marketing platforms for measurement, reporting and improvement.
