We are looking for an Innovation Graduate to join our innovation team based in London or Leeds.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! PokerStars is ramping up its innovation efforts and seeking an Innovation Graduate to sit within its innovation team. You will support the team by working across the wider innovation organisation within PokerStars and Flutter International. Reporting to innovation leadership, this is a vital role in shaping the company’s innovation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Play a strategic role, focussed on all aspects of shaping and helping facilitate the effective implementation of our Flutter International innovation strategy
- Own analysis and shape end-to-end complex solutions by supporting comprehensive research projects across a wide area of technological and commercial innovations
- Be a trusted, objective strategic partner for making recommendations on critical decisions as required.
- Work with internal and external partners and the innovation team’s leadership to develop strategic success factors on major strategic change and plans to achieve those success factors
- Oversee the successful implementation of strategic projects and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.
- Facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs and options to be progressed during the lifecycle of major strategic change.
- Communicate effectively to ensure expectations, outcomes and impacts of strategic innovation initiatives are clear and consistently understood.
- Produce high quality, Ex-Co ready, outputs, proposals and status updates.
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders within Flutter and across Divisions
- Responsible for ensuring prioritised delivery roadmaps that support the innovation strategy, are created, shared and tracked.
- Become a valued partner of business stakeholders, proactively driving the process to the develop and update the innovation Strategy ensuring it supports and advances business strategies and goals.
- Responsible for collating information and creating reports and insights to support innovation strategy development.
- Contributes to the development of policies, standards and guidelines for strategy development and planning.
- Supports the alignment of innovation budget with strategy and delivery roadmaps

You are an enthusiast of everything related to emerging trends & technologies, including hardware (including but not limited to virtual, augmented and mixed reality), digital assets (web3, crypto and NFTs), and the vast variety of software and technical architecture that power cutting-edge innovation in large companies. You are always curious, proactive in developing solutions are reporting issues. You enjoy working in a dynamic growing team where responsibilities and successes are shared.
You have a technology, business, research, analytics or innovation-related degree and zero to five years of experience working in a related field. You are proficient with the Microsoft Office software suite. You are a great communicator, able to convey complex ideas and concepts with clarity. You are a gaming enthusiast with a solid understanding of the video games and iGaming industries.
