    The HR Intern is a key part of the Prada HR Team for North Europe, based at our Head Office in London. In this role, you will provide a comprehensive HR administrative support for the day-to-day operations of HR and will contribute proactively. This position is for a 6-12 month fixed term contract.

    Key responsibilities

    • Supporting the team with generalist HR administration at all stages of the employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, contract changes
    • Managing the HR Information System and ensuring data entry and reporting are completed with accuracy and according to deadlines
    • First point of contact to respond to HR queries
    • Coordination of activities, processes and projects within the HR Team

    Knowledge and skills

    • Degree or equivalent in Business Management, HR, Economics, Psychology or a comparable field
    • Previous experience of working within an HR department, ideally for a Retail or Fashion Business
    • Independent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
    • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
    • Proactive, curious, self-motivated with attention to detail and good time management
    • Must have a good competency of MS Office; previous experience of HRIS system an advantage
