Supply Chain is pivotal to our business. Joining our graduate scheme will give you the knowledge and hands on experience you need to understand exactly how our products find their way to the supermarket shelves, to the hospitality industry and to our customers overseas.
You will need to be a quick learner, love working in a fast-moving environment, be able to develop first class communication skills and enjoy early responsibility.
About the role
- The Scheme is 18 months in duration and will either be based at our Supply Chain Centre in Lutterworth, Leicestershire or at one of our six factories across the UK
- It starts on 4th September 2023 on the same date as all our other Graduates (this is key as you all join as a cohort)
- You will start with a two week induction at our head office to gain a broad overview of our company structure and gain an introduction to our brands and values
- You will then start a rotational placement programme which will give you the opportunity to work in a number of different roles
- Placements can be in any of these areas: Demand Planning, Logistics, Forecasting, Customer Supply Chain, Inventory to name just a few.

What will we expect from you?
- A 2.1 (obtained or predicted) degree in supply chain or business management, or another degree with a passion for a career in supply chain
- To take ownership for your own learning and show commitment to the scheme and to the roles you perform
- Team player – we are all in it together here at Premier Foods
- Our graduates play a role in supporting our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy, primarily around being charity/volunteering champions
