We are recruiting for a Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a really exciting opportunity for a Graduate or someone looking to build a career in fashion marketing.
Roles and responsibilities
- Replying and engaging with customers on social channels
- Scheduling content and posting stories across all accounts (Pretty Lavish, bridal and NOBL)
- Helping to draft captions for social posts
- Update Pinterest with relevant imagery
- Pulling data and insights for weekly social performance & helping prepare the weekly and monthly reports
- Supporting with the organisation of shoots and sample management
- Ensuring the marketing calendar is up to date at all times
- Researching and reaching out to brands for monthly social media giveaway collaborations
- Reaching out to customers to get consent for resharing content
- Analysing competitor activity and sharing key insights and learnings with the team
- Keeping up to date with trends and upcoming updates in the world of social media to support the team with driving innovative thinking
Qualification, skills and experience
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong team player with positive can-do attitude
- Great copywriting skills
- Passion for and knowledge of social media and marketing
- Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
