The role

A generalist marketer, the purpose of the Brand & Marketing Coordinator is to provide support for the activities and initiatives that come out of the commercial team. Though you will support the wider team on a range of projects and the day-to-day, you will work closely with and Events & Communications Coordinator to deliver Prima’s annual events calendar and the Head of Marketing to deliver campaigns and brand-related projects.

You will love planning, project management and be extremely organised. This is a really varied role with plenty of marketing communications involved, so we are looking for someone with great understanding of the full marketing mix and a real love for copywriting. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Email marketing – you will own the email marketing strategy which encompasses internal and customer facing emails. For internal comms, you will source content and stories from the business with the view of producing compelling emails that will engage and inform the wider business on all things Prima. You will be responsible for developing and testing the strategy as well as reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Campaigns – you will support the marketing team in the planning, execution and delivery of compelling multichannel B2B campaigns with the view to drive leads for the sales team to convert. As well as to raise the profile of key Prima products amongst our target market and end-users.
  • Collateral and Copywriting - as an avid copywriter, you will be able to take technical product information and translate it into compelling and engaging copy for different types of collateral. This will range from sales flyers and brochures to promotional banners and posters.
  • Website content – You will work closely with the Head of Marketing on the redevelopment of the Prima website, and you will be responsible for all web content updates. So, experience with any CMS and knowledge of how to leverage SEO best practices will be crucial. Any PPC knowledge would be a bonus.
  • Data & Reporting - as a central person in the marketing team, you will be involved in a majority of projects, supporting the team where required. With this knowledge, you will also produce a monthly marketing report that will track our performance across, web, events, email marketing and internal initiatives. You will also collaborate with the Social Media producer to ensure their monthly report is incorporated.
  • Project support - as part of your role, you will support the marketing team with the planning and delivery of various on-going projects which will include brand strategy, sponsorship and brand partnerships.
