Pro operates a hybrid working model. This role will be working predominantly from home and one or two days per week in your local office in Glasgow, Liverpool or Horsham and other locations, as required.

We have a range of roles across the claims life-cycle including FNOL, investigation, time management and credit control.
Responsibilities
- Handling a caseload of EL/PL disease claims to include, by not limited to, Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Repetitive Strain Injury and a range of other claims including those from a Care setting
- Managing all diaries and post within Service Level Agreements
- Liaising with solicitors and brokers and obtain further information and progress the claim
- Developing effective business relationships internally and externally
- Maintain accurate records for auditing and regulatory purposes
- Identifying potential fraud
- Proactively support the team in their achievements and overall business objectives
- Provide technical advice and guidance to external clients
- Oversight of Panel Law Firms in respect of any litigated claims to ensure the case strategy is appropriate
- Strengthen Client Relationships
- Represent Pro in a Professional manner to both peer and potential marketplace acquaintances
- When required undertaking client visits to London or other relevant location
What are we looking for?

- A relevant degree in Law (LLB, GDL, LPC)
- Energy and enthusiasm to learn new skills, work toward building a rewarding, challenging and diverse career in an energetic, technically complex and technologically dynamic financial services industry.
- Ability to deliver accurate information with attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel skills would be an advantage
- Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to meet Client requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is useful but not essential
This opportunity would suit a candidate who enjoyed the study of English Legal System and the Tort of Negligence.
