Along with your assigned mentor, you’ll regularly review your progress and with access to a wide team of relevant experts, your learning will accelerate fast. Every graduate experience is unique and truly maximises your opportunity to grow your career as a PROACTivist. And with your mentor and team supporting you, you’ll build experience in the relevant areas, which will help you decide where in Proact you will work on completion of the graduate programme and that will ultimately set you up as a multi-skilled IT Professional.
In Proact we work hybrid, we are a tech company after all. You will work 60% in one of our tech hubs in Chesterfield or Manchester up to 40% of your time can be remote. We’ll support you through your programme with access to mentors and investment in specialist skills and qualifications. At the end of the programme, we’ll offer you a guaranteed permanent role, provided you complete your end point assessment.
