The role

Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with our community. From driving local partnerships and in-studio marketing to engaging events and crafting email communications, you’ll be at the heart of our brand.

Studio marketing

  • Ownership of in-studio collateral: ensuring it is up-to-date, correctly displayed, regularly refreshed and in good condition
  • Conduct regular studio walkthroughs to ensure brand consistency, implementation of marketing activities and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support in creating a best in class "in studio" experience, including briefing teams about upcoming marketing activities.
  • Support the Marketing team to ideate and implement brand campaigns, reach business objectives and facilitate post-campaign reporting

Community events

  • Ownership of community events, ensuring we have a consistent and comprehensive calendar across all studios.
  • Plan and execute exclusive member-only events that elevate member experience and drive retention.
  • Coordinate a regular schedule of partnership and collaboration classes to boost occupancy in targeted slots.

Email marketing

  • Write and deliver weekly newsletters to promote community and studio marketing initiatives, including collating information from teams, writing content, briefing the digital team and testing.
  • Support creation of ad-hoc and campaign emails

Corporate community network

  • Manage all incoming private class requests including communications with booker, sourcing of instructor and invoicing
  • Account management of existing corporate and community partners
  • Proactive outreach to secure new corporate and community customers.
  • Leverage private classes to drive registrations and acquire new customers through pre-class registration and post-class promotion.

Milestones loyalty

  • Ownership of studio customer milestones, ensuring these are celebrated in a timely and meaningful way.
  • Track customer milestones and ensure studios are equipped with relevant gifts.
  • Manage loyalty communications to ensure customers feel valued, informed and engaged.

Merch

  • Oversee Psycle’s own-brand merchandise, including sourcing, costing, design and distribution.
  • Manage end-to-end fulfilment of both Psycle own-brand and third-party merchandise, including stock monitoring, forward planning and reporting.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Canva and Klaviyo desirable
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Passionate about health, fitness and wellness
  • Flexible to work outside of regular office hours to support events and studio marketing.
  • Working in our central London office four days a week (Monday to Thursday) is required.
