    Job Description

    This is a fixed term contract entry level role within the PG One Planning team.

    Working within the UK media function for Publicis Groupe’s single largest client, with a spend in the UK and Ireland of over $200Million USD, P&G UK&I.

    As an Account Executive in the planning team you will sit within a team who are responsible for brand team communication and planning. Planning is the first point of contact for when campaigns are being planned and you are responsible for working up the strategy, getting client approval and briefing other teams to deliver the plans seamlessly.

    The Planning Team is driven by defined measurables and accountability and we are second to none in terms of the quality and control delivered to our client. You will understand and learn how consumers of P&G products behave, who they are and how they consume media.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support your line managers with the analysis, drawing insights and conclusions for the purpose of improved brand communication plans.
    • You make it your business to know everything about your client’s market and share to the wider team where appropriate.
    • You keep up to date in being able to use the latest systems and tools available, to perform the above.
    • You carry out regular and ad hoc tasks like competitor analysis and audience insights.
    • You participate in internal and external meetings regarding current projects, future possibilities – briefs and brainstorms.
    • You are pro-active and take an active role in helping your team to get their work done better and quicker bringing your energy, enthusiasm and ideas.

    • Be self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook
    • Possess strong communication skills, promptly responding to e-mails and requests to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
    • Have absolute accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Be proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets and working with large amounts of data, with the ability to understand basic formulae.
    • Be able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and databases.
    • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
