    Job Description


    This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Mondelēz Europe (MEU) account as an Account Executive. The Mondelēz team are dedicated to harnessing the power of People, the power of Publicis and the power of Purple, celebrating the marketer’s iconic snacking brands. Their goal is to drive growth for Mondelez year on year, creating magical consumer experiences that don’t just improve brand health or recruit new buyers, but leverage powerful insights to create new consumers, and forge direct relationships with them.

    You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to award-winning campaigns with household name brands such as Cadbury’s, Milka, Philadelphia and Oreo to name a few.

    You will be joining the central agency team leading the Mondelēz European relationship out of our White City London hub. This team coordinates with local Publicis offices across the region, but also connecting in with the wider global network of Mondelēz teams around the world. 

    Responsibilities:

    • You will work with Mondelez and our local markets to respond to client requests to stay on the pulse of activity taking place across the region and to drive insights, learnings and best practice for our clients. 
    • You will support in digital and operations tasks, which includes a wide variety of projects including; 
    • Supporting with digital media joint business partnerships with META, Google and TikTok. 
    • Digital efficiency and effectiveness including optimisation of media spends and best practice.
    • Facilitating training and education for local market teams on hot topics in digital media and with media partners. 
    • Assisting with market coordination for media procurement requests.
    • Support the digital lead in driving best practice across local Publicis markets. 
    • Keep up to date with trends both in media and our client vertical to ensure we are always using the latest insights and best in class practices in our strategies. 
    • You will develop and apply your own solid cross digital media expertise.
    • Support the preparation and content development for client meetings.


    Qualifications


    • We are looking for someone who has a passion for digital media and advertising and keen to learn the fundamentals on a fast paced and exciting account
    • The Account Executive role requires strong attention to detail.
    • An excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams and different skill-sets
    • A strong team player who wants to learn and develop their skillset.
    • Able to manage workload to meet deadlines
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to take on several tasks simultaneously
    • You should enjoy collaborating with others and be able to work in a fast-moving work environment.
    • Proactive and results oriented.
