Job description
The DOT team are specialists within Publicis media that create award-winning dynamic ads for a wide range of clients. The in-house team is an end-to-end studio that provides advanced dynamic creative solutions across the Publicis group. DOT builds dynamic templates for Display, OOH, Social & Video channels and works with a range of internal & external ad tech partners to deliver on awareness, consideration, and conversion focused campaigns. At its core DOT offers solutions that combine both data and ad tech to deliver more relevant and personalized creative and generate increased production and media outcomes.
The team is split between highly skilled Designers, who have expertise in graphic design, editing and production and the Account team who focus on business development, internal and external marketing, responding to briefs/pitches and ensuring that the team successfully delivers on briefs. The team is also integrated with TAAG (Technology and Activation Group) which provides a range of services for different clients which complement the dynamic solutions offers within DOT. Together we build market-leading campaigns, and DOT currently service a number of high-profile clients across agencies in the Publicis Groupe including Samsung, Lloyds, Mondelez, Disney and Primark.
The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Executive who is interested in joining this growing creative and technical team. As an Account Executive your primary role will be to work with the Account Director and Ops team to ensure briefs are responded to, developing ways of promoting team, presenting to a variety of stakeholders and making sure financial reconciliations are processed properly and on time. You will also be a point of contact for internal, external and client contacts to support the studio team and help to make sure briefs are executed in the studio to the highest level.
Key responsibilities
- Be an advocate for DOT services across the agency – regularly promoting our team and product offering
- Support the team in building relationships with tech suppliers, clients and internal planning teams
- Facilitate creative brainstorms to come up with innovative dynamic media solutions
- Oversee the planning and implementation of projects – from brief to delivery
- Support studio team workloads and project deadlines and be able to forecast bottlenecks and manage delivery expectations
- Be responsible for ensuring that all team administration is completed accurately and on time – Trello boards, cost estimates, job tracker, status notes/action points

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have an interest in in understanding more about Digital Media & Creative production. A passion for advertising and an interest in new ad tech and innovation
- Confident speaker and presenter, with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills – ability to educate and explain complex concepts to a wide variety of stakeholders in an understandable way.
- Enthusiastic, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Great interpersonal skills
- Natural ability to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work within a small team and to deadlines and to be effective under pressure
- Natural attention to detail
- Aptitude for planning to ensure tasks are completed as required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience of marketing within a client or agency is desired. Any previous experience of working in a creative capacity would also be a plus.
