Department Summary
The Collective is the Publicis bespoke agency solution for the Stellantis brands (Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, Vauxhall). The world’s fourth largest OEM. The Collective is an integrated Starcom and Digitas offering that delivers end to end transformative solutions and business growth. We also work closely, in partnership, with our creative agency partners to deliver holistic solutions. Stellantis has an array of the world’s most exciting car brands and with a continued shift to electrification coupled with identifying synergies within their marketing operations, this is a fantastic client to work on to help them unlock growth in a platform world.
The Planning team within Collective are the guardians of our relationship with the Stellantis brands; Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, and Vauxhall. We are deeply immersed in their business, acting as a highly valued and influential extension of their brand marketing teams.
We drive the strategic direction of media and wider communications, working closely with our Strategy, DDT (Digital, Data & Tech), Performance, and Investment teams to deliver industry leading automotive solutions.
Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join the Collective Team to support Stellantis’ automotive brands. Stellantis is one of Publicis Groupe’s biggest clients globally, and we have lots of exciting plans that we need a brilliant Account Executive to help execute.
In this role, you’ll work with a Senior Account Executive, Planning Manager, Account Director and Business Director to build our relationship with the client and support the activation teams across both online and offline platforms to implement our plans, document their performance and deliver a high return on investment.
What will I be doing?
This role calls for a dynamic, brave & passionate mind. You’ll work closely with our internal activation teams, and an external creative partner, to drive the smartest and bravest ideas as well as ensuring best in class campaign delivery.
Attention to detail is absolutely essential in this role as you will lead on reporting which will be sent back to the client on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
In addition, you’ll also:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients, managing expectations and delivery.
- Support the Planning lead by maintaining high standards in execution, campaign delivery and operational excellence.
- Create innovative ideas to support proactive media opportunities for the client
- Work with the planning team to identify key comms insight & drive transformational media solutions.
- Work with Investment and Performance teams to deliver seamless and timely responses.
- This role will cover digital, above the line media, brand, performance and innovation.
You will also have the chance to be involved in driving new growth opportunities across the account.
Qualifications

- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for the cars/motoring is preferred and a passion for all things media and advertising is a must.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Reporting and analytical skills.
- Proactivity and initiative.
- Confidence in working with numbers/data/excel.
