Job description
We are looking for an account executive looking to get a kick start in the media world to join our attainable luxury team at Zenith Global. Under this portfolio of clients we look after PUIG, Charlotte Tilbury and Swarovski, this role specifically will be working on Puig.
PUIG is a third generation family-owned globally recognised luxury fashion, beauty and skincare company.
Within Puig’s portfolio include brands such as Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Dries Van Noten, Nina Ricci, Byredo, Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Kama Ayurveda and Loto del Sur.
In this role, you will support the client servicing team in looking after our client Puig (specifically Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Kama Ayurveda). Together we work on building highly desirable, meaningful beauty and fashion brands through innovation and creativity to empower people’s self-confidence and self-expression in a family company that aims to leave a better world for the next generation.
Joining our team you will have the opportunity to rapidly learn about the workings of a global media account including an understanding of media planning, strategy and digital channels. As well as being a part of some truly exciting campaigns and projects. Most importantly, our team is fostered of great people with a range of different knowledge about media and you will have the opportunity to work closely with each of them to develop your skillset.
What will your day to day look like in this role?
- Relationship building - You will work closely with each of our zenith teams, ensuring smooth delivery of all requests, building strong relationships with your main contacts
- Client management – You will support your line manager in daily communications to clients i.e. managing timelines of projects, updating teams on status of projects, receiving new campaign/project briefings
- Creating Presentations/reports – You will support/own the creation of presentations/reports required by the client including gathering data & information and pulling it together in a format that is clear and easy to understand. This will require the daily use of powerpoint and excel.
- Weekly calls – You will take part and participate in weekly status calls with the client and internally
- Regular deliverables – prioritise and help manage a range of regular deliverables as well as client requests with agility, flexibility and can-do attitude
- Process management – You will support your line manager on reviewing and improving current processes/implementing new processes to ensure the account is run in the most efficient way possible ensuring success
- Team culture – Team spirit and culture is an important aspect of a successful team, you will have an active role in helping to organise team events and culture building moments.
Qualifications
Whilst we do not require you to have any specific qualifications for this role the ideal candidate will have some of the following skillsets and also come to the team with a positive can-do attitude with an excitement to learn:
- Confident communication, able to come across clearly and succinctly in emails, calls and meetings.
- Organised and able to prioritise, able to work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
- Knowledgeable on excel and powerpoint, in order to create slides and presentations that clearly communicate findings with the support of the team.
- Solid numerical skills, feeling comfortable with relatively large data sets, with a basic understanding of analysis and measurement
