    Job Description

    You will be responsible for responding to brief, planning and campaign management of APEX Deals Based Solutions. Acting as the conduit between clients and media owners, you will be responsible for ensure deadlines are followed, campaigns are activated, activity is optimised and delivering best in class service to achieve and surpass client business objectives.

    This role will work across most of Publicis Groupe’s accounts and will report into the Strategy & Success Director, APEX in London.

    • Monitor campaign performance in line with pre-defined business objectives ensuring Performance, Pacing, & Profit benchmarks are achieved.
    • Build, maintain and manage relationships with Publicis Agencies and our deals vendors.
    • Respond to all client queries in line with APEX SLA’s, escalate to relevant internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
    • Provide strategic guidance, including targeting and audience strategies for advertisers for digital display activity.
    • Maintain central shared directories on trackers, including but not limited to campaign set-up templates, reports, and vendor collateral.
    • Contribute to daily / weekly team meetings / best practice approach.

    • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
    • Pro-active, problem solver, go getter attitude is crucial
    • Proficiency in Excel
    • Keen interest in new and innovative media trends

    Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
