The Talent Acquisition team works collaboratively with both Talent Management and Talent Operations to form the Talent Team which in turn partners with every department in the business.
Talent Acquisition’s responsibility is to expertly advise on all matters relating to the hiring needs of the business, never taking an eye off the top talent in the market and striving to ensure that our hiring process is world class for candidate experience, calibration and creating a diverse, unrivalled workforce.
Job description
As the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will primarily be responsible for:
- Creating and posting job requisitions
- Coordinating interview schedules and follow up
- Coordinating Early Careers Assessment Centres, meet-ups and events
- Aligning marketing collateral to appropriate brands and practices for all Early Careers advertising
- Supporting in the administration and coordination of Early Careers Events and programmes
- Building talent pools and overseeing candidate communications
You will be reporting into the Head of Early Careers Talent Aquisition and support colleagues across our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team
