Job Description
About the role
This role sits within Publicis Media Content practice that supports our client needs across media partnerships, social media, content strategy and influencer marketing.
Reporting into the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will support the planning and execution of multiple influencer campaigns for some of the largest brands in the UK and globally within the FMCG, beauty, tech/gaming and fitness sector across Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Support the day-to-day, end-to-end project management of influencer marketing campaigns from initial response through to post campaign reporting.
- Prioritise workloads, manage tasks and liaise with team members daily to ensure
projects are delivered on time.
Campaign Development
- Collaborate with the wider influencer marketing team on responding to new business briefs and support the account manager with our proposal decks.
- Attend and organize briefing calls, brainstorms and planning team meetings.
Influencer Discovery and Selection
- Identify the most suitable talent to meet campaign objectives, using our industry-leading tech platform Fluency as well as leaning into your influencer expertise.
- Liaise with relevant content creators, negotiating fair rates for collaborations.
Finance and Team Support
- Take ownership of the finance process for billing clients and raising POs for vendors
Qualifications
- Passion for influencer marketing with a drive to learn more about the space.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, committed to working to meet the deadlines.
- Flexible and collaborative team player.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of all social media channels and content and the function they serve in consumer marketing.
- Up to date with the latest trends, pop culture and news/media.
