The PG One Team
Publicis Groupe has taken a bold step back to the future to create a single interdependent End-2-End client focused business team at Chancery Lane for Procter & Gamble. We are calling the single client platform PG One. The high performing operation brings the entire P&G resource within the Groupe into one place – this includes creative (Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Publicis WW), data and media. It is an exciting, new, future facing model that we call ‘interdependence’, comprising first class talent for a first class client.
The PGOne team are a tight knit group based out of the Chancery Lane office but who are connected to the wider Starcom team in Television Centre.
Job description
You will be one of five execs and sr execs who are responsible for all administrative tasks relating to the invoicing, booking, monitoring and reporting of each media. You will work alongside the P&G and Investment teams, supporting them in their day to day tasks and working on client reporting deliverables. The Operations team cover all media that PGOne activate across. A keen attention to detail and an approachable manner will help in this role as there is constant communication both inside the team and out.
Key responsibilities
- Booking and financial reconciliation of media campaigns across all touchpoints
- Deal reconciliation for TV & VOD campaigns
- Client competitive and spend reporting
- Problem solving financial queries
- Liaising with media owners, ad servers, online measurement companies and other third parties to identify processes / tools / systems that can drive efficiency
- Building and maintaining strong internal relationships across multiple teams / departments
