Job description
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join a newly created, separate division of Publicis Groupe. Apex is a growth and solutions hub focused on problem solving and driving value for clients.
This role will suit an individual who enjoys working with numbers and can think outside of the box. Finding solutions to challenges and also working closely and effectively with both our internal finance and Apex operations team.
It’s an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person who enjoys working with data and figures to join a vibrant media team. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn, who will come in and hit the ground running. It is expected that this person will engage with the sales, trading and operations teams and contribute to the growth and success of Apex.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team in the administration of the financial tracker and maintaining records of all campaigns, PO’s and invoices
- Working alongside the Finance Manager in sync to provide support on the account in order to maintain a smooth and seamless finance operation
- Assisting the APX Operations team in the preparation and recording of all campaigns, alerting key team members on the need for updating segments when required
- Creating PO’s & sending invoices to Shared Service Centre (SSC) Input Team for upload to Accounts Payable (AP) central
- Investigating and resolving (or escalating) any Media Vendor invoice queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining relationships with agency operations teams.
- On-boarding of new campaigns, products, suppliers and clients to Media Explorer
- Issuing billing instructions to SSC Media Billing team and ensure 100% billing completion before Intercompany (IC) deadline
- Attending weekly APX status meetings and actively contribute towards any other financial/operational requirements
Qualifications
- Analytically minded problem solver and have an eye for detail
- Organisational skills and able to work independently as well as with a team
- Exceptional time management & prioritisation skills
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office Excel
- Working knowledge of Media Explorer, Salesforce and SAP would be an added advantage but not essential.

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
