    Job Description

    An exciting opportunity to join our growing OOH (Out-of-Home) team on the back of recent account wins. Since in-housing our OOH offering, we have created an Investment Team that works across all agencies within the Publicis group, providing a wide breadth of clients to work across.

    Helping to deliver our day-to-day client advert buying requirements through close working relationships with the OOH planning teams, we’re also responsible to ensure the activation and financial administration of our campaigns are delivered through close collaboration with our Operation and Finance teams.

    It’s an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person who’s looking to break into the communications industry within a vibrant media agency. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, eager to learn and who will hit the ground running.

    • Quickly develop a sound knowledge of all necessary tools and systems as well as the wider OOH market
    • Responding to briefs from planning teams
    • Buying and administration of OOH campaigns
    • Compiling and distributing weekly market data to wider OOH team
    • Aid with Compiling of end of campaign / weekly / monthly / quarterly reports
    • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across multiple teams and build rapport with media owners

    Qualifications

    • Excellent numeracy skills and adept at managing data and using Excel
    • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
    • Organised and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team
    • Adept at interpreting data and identifying themes and inconsistencies
