    Job Description


    Are you ready to take your Paid Search knowledge to the next level? This is your chance to work with one of the UK's top supermarket giants—ASDA! As part of a fast-paced and cutting-edge retail account, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, honing your skills on a performance-driven client that demands excellence. At Spark Foundry, you'll have unparalleled access to ASDA's entire media strategy, including every performance channel, giving you a unique, 360-degree view of how integrated marketing drives real results.

    Join a vibrant, rapidly growing Performance team as a PPC Executive, where your contributions will be critical to driving success. You'll be hands-on with ASDA’s Paid Search campaigns, from the initial keyword research to crafting compelling ad copy and analysing performance metrics. Your insights will directly influence the client’s bottom line.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting the Account Manager in all new account setup – including designing and implementing from scratch.
    • Regular keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page selection and assigning budgets
    • Under the direction of the Account Manager, implement relevant PPC strategies to help facilitate account growth
    • Working with the Account Manager to meet client optimization through tactical PPC account optimization to meet the clients KPI’s
    • Make use of the relevant bid Management platforms to improve account performance
    • PPC Budget management – daily and weekly budget tracking to ensure accounts are spending within targets
    • Regular data analysis & weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting as required
    • Client communication

    Step 2: Measure Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will help us get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report. You can see a demo HERE to familiarise yourself with this part of the process

     

    Step 3: Recruiter call – A member of the early careers team will be in touch to arrange a call to discuss your application, give you more information about the role and answer any questions you have for us at this stage.

     

    Step 4: Assessment centre – You’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you will be able to showcase all your key skills and strengths across a variety of activities.

     

    Step 5: Outcome – You will receive a job offer, or feedback if you have been unsuccessful.
