Overview

The department

The Planning team are responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of campaign activations across a variety of media channels including Display, Paid Search, SEO & Social, OOH, Press and TV across a variety of clients. Working within the Planning Team gives you exposure to a range of business areas, digital channels and learning opportunities.  

The clients

This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a global information analytics client, Elsevier. They are involved in work which improves the performance of institutions, professionals and students through advanced healthcare and open science. Elsevier achieve this through their different technologies and consumer offerings. Spark Foundry manage all the digital media for Elsevier allowing this role to have exposure to all Performance marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of campaign strategies, providing relevant insights and analysis from agency and client tools to help establish digital marketing opportunities for our clients.
  • Keeping up to date with digital trends to ensure we are always using the latest insights and best in class digital practices in our strategies.
  • Reviewing weekly campaign performance across all channels and helping to create presentations for the client on this. 
  • Exposure to day-to-day client management, including keeping on top of email communication, presenting on weekly client status calls and ad-hoc client requests.
  • Working with channel teams to ensure excellent campaign delivery.
  • Understand the function and value of the other departments within Spark Foundry & the wider Publicis Groupe.    

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • An interest in digital campaigns and learning about different media channels.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; work under pressure and effectively priorities workload

  • Numerical, analytical with an eye for detail
  • Enthusiastic to learn more about the industry
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a wider team

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with full time employees being office-based three days during the working week.
