The department

The Planning Executive role will be on one of Zenith UK's key clients – Coty. This role will be working across the Consumer Beauty and Skincare division. With a portfolio containing market-leading brands such as Rimmel, Max Factor, Kylie Cosmetics, Lancaster, and Philosophy.

There is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow on these campaigns, as we activate category-leading media within the UK beauty industry and work closely with our clients to meet their business needs. The Exec will own and lead on tasks as well as support on bigger workstreams, to ensure a balance of exciting and challenging work to drive their development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Planning Manager in running the day-to-day account, being the main point of contact for certain junior clients and requests.
  • Work with the Planning Manager to deliver effective media plans, follow ups and material to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, channel, and activation teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign setup and go-live.
  • Being a tools champion for the planning team (learning how to use TGI, Addynamix, Commscore etc.)
  • Staying on top of and completing tasks requested from our global teams
  • Circulating agendas and material in advance of meetings, preparing contact reports ensuring material is completed by the due date
  • Consolidating the Post Campaign Analysis with the support of the manager
  • Managing client finance processes

Qualifications

  • Great written and verbal communicator with fantastic attention to detail
  • A team player who is keen to work hard and collaboratively with clients and colleagues alike
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management / ability to prioritise a diverse workload
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Eagerness to learn and positive attitude, always willing to take on a new task
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Positive and passionate approach that motivates those around you
