    Job Description

    This is a unique role which sits at the heart of the H&M Global team to take our Paid Social and Programmatic partnership with the client to the next level.

    As a Project Assistant, your role will be an exciting, diverse, and interactive one. Some of your main responsibilities will be to provide support on the day-to-day management and coordination of the launch of new projects/campaigns, help define and redefine new strategies and global processes across different channels, keep track of projects/campaigns status and deadlines, train and onboard colleagues on our project management tool and new ones to come.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage campaigns, projects, and end-to-end cycles from brief to completion ensuring accurate and timely implementation
    • Track ongoing campaigns and project status using management tools and updating relevant stakeholders 
    • Build strong relationships with the team to create a feedback loop to understand operational pressures and pain points for us to overcome
    • Support the team where necessary on ad-hoc requests including Ad uploading and execution, optimising bids and targeting, budget monitoring
    • Facilitate collaboration between our agency, our direct client contacts, wider H&M stakeholders, and our media & tech partners
    • Design and define internal workflows to drive synergies across the team
    • Process optimisation - Review and refine current processes to streamline operations, better manage our resources, reduce errors, and increase customer satisfaction
       

    Qualifications

    We are looking for a curious learner with an interest in project management, social/ digital media and advertising who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos.

    The client’s business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, hence an ideal candidate will be someone rigorous and attentive to detail with the desire to drive continuous improvement, solution-oriented and positive attitude to join the team.
