    This is an entry level role to work within the Publishing, Direct Display & Audio Investment team. The Investment Executive will report in to an Investment Manager and support in the planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns. We are looking for a candidate that is excited by this opportunity and keen to progress within an inclusive, team driven, challenger and passionate agency.

    You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – our clients like to be challenged but with diplomacy. Close attention to detail and a positive attitude are crucial.

    It is the role of the Investment Exec to assist their team in all aspects related to implementing publishing, direct display & audio campaigns.  

    Job description

    • Support your Account Manager and other direct reports to deliver outstanding work
    • Campaign set up including trafficking, tag QA and live checks
    • In flight client reporting
    • Client campaign planning
    • Ensure best in class finance protocol is adhered, including client reconciliations and finance queries 
    • Establish yourself as a key go to contact for planning teams
    • Attending all set training as part of the Acceleration Programme
    • Build internal relationships with other planning, activation and internal specialists, as well as external relationships with clients, suppliers and 3rd parties
    • Work collaboratively with wider Investment teams to deliver high quality, timely responses
    • Participate in internal and external meetings regarding current projects, future possibilities, briefs and brainstorms
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and gain presentation skills by transferring that knowledge to internal team members

    Qualifications

    • Be comfortable working within Excel and be able to analyse and manipulate data.
    • Be comfortable working within Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Be adept at interpreting data and identifying themes and inconsistencies
    • Have strong communication and presentation skills
    • Be a fast and eager learner
    • Be able to adhere to processes and best practices
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook
    • Completing all tasks accurately and in a timely manner
    • Strong communicator, promptly responding to e-mails and requests.
    • Be able to operate as part of a team

    Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
