Job Description
SPARK FOUNDRY’S Junior Talent Programme is designed to give a thorough and varied introductory foundation for enthusiastic and driven individuals keen to start their careers in a thriving Media Agency! The programme begins with an exciting rotation across different divisions within SPARK FOUNDRY.
To get you up to speed for this permanent position, over 3 months, you'll embark on a structured training and mentoring schedule where you will gain a strong understanding of all entry executive level roles across Planning, AV, Publishing, Audio and Digital Investment. Beyond the 3-month rotation period, you will specialise in one of these teams and join our broader Early Careers Programme across Publicis Groupe.

What’s next?
If you are successful in your application you will be invited to attend an assessment centre on 15th June.
The programme will begin on 1st August. Successful applicants will be required to begin in the role on this day.
As an executive across all your rotations and beyond you will:
- Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the client industry sector, the competitors within that sector and the general media landscape
- Learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of all planning and buying tools including Advantedge, Media Ocean, TV planner, Prisma, Telmar, Audio Planner
- Develop watertight administration and the ability to multi-task while working to tight deadlines
- Respond to all client and team requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
- Deliver reports including but not limited to: Weekly Competitive reporting, positioning, client reporting and updating trackers
- Build good business relationships with internal and external contacts and clients
Qualifications
- Team players, you'll be keen to collaborate, learn from and support different teams during your rotation
- Professional and punctual with a willingness to show initiative and pro-activity
- Enthusiasm for embracing new tasks – “no task is too big?” mentality
- Organised with the ability to work to deadlines and support plans with good attention to detail
- Competence in Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel
