The UK Talent Acquisition team works across all parts of our business: Media, Health, Creative, Production and Influence, meaning you will get exposure to all aspects of advertising from a Talent Acquisition point of view in this role. 

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, you'll be part of our Talent Acquisition Operations Team. The team is responsible for ensuring we have the right Talent Acquisition processes, tools, technology, and reporting measures in place for our recruiters to deliver hiring excellence to the business. Put simply, without this team, Talent Acquisition can't function! 

Key responsibilities

  • Being a reporting pro! You'll be running, collating and sharing regular reports with a variety of stakeholders
  • Making jobs happen! You'll partner with the Talent Acquisition team to advertise roles, schedule interviews and maintain employer branding
  • Learning all there is to know about our ATS! You'll manage our applicant tracking system, tackle questions and improve our efficiency
  • Finance, finance, finance! You'll raise purchase orders and make sure all Talent Acquisition expenses are tracked accurately
  • Expanding your knowledge with Talent Acquisition projects! There will be the chance to get involved with wider ad-hoc projects such as onboarding and creating internal newsletters

Skillset

  • Being a 'people' person! You're someone who loves building relationships, a clear communicator and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment 
  • A natural organiser! You're someone who loves to be organised and is able to prioritise what you are working on 
  • Logical and critical thinking! You can approach tasks logically and identify the correct approach before tackling a piece of work
  • Data, data and data! You're a numerically minded and analytical person who enjoys working with large and sometimes complex data sets 
  • Last, but certainly not least... you have an interest in Talent, HR and recruitment
