Your Mission
- Ownership of the Monthly Sales Forecasting process
- Data management and analysis to support fast decision-making and business development.
- Provide cross-functional support to Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Purchasing, and Operations.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of master sales data (Account Structures, Key Product Information, etc)
- Assistance in inventory management through providing regular opportunity reports and stock risk analysis, proactively suggesting remedial actions required.
- Ownership of Key Business Intelligence Data (Budgets, Forecasts, Targets) with the UKI Reporting Environment.
- Creating, Preparing, and Delivering training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams across an array of business practices and processes.
- Increase efficiencies by reducing admin, identifying waste, and improving processes throughout the organisation.
- Provide direct support to the Business Analyst Internship Program.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of master sales data (Account Structures, Key Product Information, etc)
- Project support to senior management throughout the business.
- Maintain showroom and office standards.
Your Talent
- High level of commercial and business acumen knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills (structuring, analysis, synthesis)
- Analytical mindset and facility with numbers
- Experience in cross-functional projects
- Ability to draw to-the-point conclusions and recommendations
- Strong Microsoft Office Package skills – highly proficient Excel skills required. Power BI would be considered a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Outgoing, open personality with a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Self-motivating with an ability to work on own initiative.
