    The role

    A team that operates autonomously and has the creative license to think differently, constantly bringing new ideas to take the business forward. Reporting to the Team Head and based out of the Puma office in London you will be instrumental in the administration planning and implementation of the UKI strategy and overall business growth.

    • Manage and track the Global critical path process to ensure key deadlines are met.
    • Review and improve processes within and involving the merchandising function. Provide administrative and organisational support to deliver seasonal ranges. Supporting account preview & pre line meetings.
    • Support with Seasonal and SMU forecasting based on financial targets in place and populating this information into the relevant systems to be tracked.
    • Build seasonal account specific sell in documents using the latest digital tools and ensure these are kept up to date throughout the season.
    • Managing the Inline and SMU journey from the start of the process to order management stage.
    • Liaising cross functionally daily to track and sign off product.
    • Manage supporting documents such as SMU’s trackers and share these with the global team.
    • Ownership of full product set up, including internal systems, restrictions, and relevant trackers.
    • Liaise with key internal stakeholders, such as demand planning and purchasing to ensure visibility on product timelines and track order management.
    • Constant and clear communication with local and global teams.

    Your Talent

    • Relevant wholesale or retail experience in product management or merchandising.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
    • Demonstrate a passion and desire to work as one successful team.
    • Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude and retail maths knowledge
    • Strong collaboration skills required to work cross functionally with product teams and sales.
    • The ability to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
    • Have an understanding and an interest in the sportswear and fashion retail market.
    • Be able to utilise data and insights to help with the team making informative decisions.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Have a desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with short time-lines and changing priorities. Flexible, solution and detail-oriented, a skilled communicator and a relationship builder
    • Fully proficient across Microsoft packages including Power Bi, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel

    Graduate position to start ASAP until July 2024.
