Black Talent in Business programme

Through our Black Talent in Business programme you’ll complete a 3-day programme, which could lead to an offer of an internship or 11 month placement (this will only be an option for certain Lines of Service) with the aim of securing a graduate role with us on completing your degree.

What you'll do

During this three-day paid programme you’ll get an insight into what a career at PwC could look like, you’ll meet mentors and buddies who’ll represent the variety of opportunities available across PwC. You’ll meet some of our Black colleagues to hear about their own personal career journeys, as well as from some of our networks focussed on Diversity and Inclusion. Through interactive sessions the programme will help you to develop confidence in a business setting and encourage you to bring your whole self to the workplace. At PwC, we nurture an environment where our people can be the best they can be. Our Black Talent in Business programme will be a 3-day paid programme.

What you’ll gain

What you'll need

You'll need to have or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course for a 2.1 based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.

You'll need to be a first-year undergraduate university student on a three-year degree course; or

You'll need to be a first-year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree expecting to do a work placement in your third year; or

You'll need to be a second-year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree course.
