The programme consists of four 6-month rotations designed to help you conquer sales and account management. Rotations will include spells in revenue growth management, product marketing and two key account management teams - one of which will whisk you across international borders (virtually or in person, the choice is yours!)

You will be the voice of PZ Cussons, understanding their needs, developing tailored solutions, and driving mutually beneficial growth. About you
- Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Flexibility to travel to our main office at least three days a week
- Graduated with a Bachelors or Masters within the last three years
- Please note, this is not a university placement year

- In-person assessment centre to be held week commencing 15th April 2024 in Manchester
- Job offers to be issued by 26th April 2022, with unsuccessful candidates given feedback by 3rd May 2024
