    The role

    We have an amazing opportunity for a Commercial Intern to join PZ Cussons Beauty Team. We are looking for an Intern to support the National Account Managers in the management of the PZ Cussons Beauty business across all retailers/brands in the UK

    Principle accountabilities

    • Prepare and collate daily, weekly and monthly reports (e.g. sales, stock and competitor analysis) to present to the team and share with the wider business.
    • Attend national retailer meetings (including Boots, Superdrug, and Sainsbury’s) and support the NAMs with preparing presentations.
    • Support the team with the retailer’s critical path (range reviews & promotions) ensuring that all deadlines are met and the wider team are provided with regular updates.
    • Research and analyse competitor activity across the beauty industry to educate and inform the wider team. Completing Competitor promotional trackers monthly.
    • Carry out store visits on a monthly basis and provide feedback on promotional and new product in store execution. In addition use this time to monitor stock levels and report areas of concern to the wider team
    • Build strong internal working relationships through consistent excellent service.
    • Managing Sample orders for External
    • Support the Commercial Team with general admin as required

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed

    • Ideally, the candidate will be studying for a business-related degree
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
    • Succinct, accurate and timely entry of data / creation of reports
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong organization, administrative and time management skills
    • Agile and flexible to adapt to a fast-paced organization
    • Able to work cross functionally and build relationships

    Requirements

    • The role will require four days a week in person in the Central London Office.
    • You may on occasion need to work more (five days) in the office. Or attend out of hours events.
    • The successful candidate would be able to commute to Central London or re-locate to the area.
