    What You'll Do

    • Complete thorough induction training.
    • Continue your learning through working with industry-leading talent on real, client-facing projects.

    • Build strong trusting relationships with clients, Alten colleagues and your dedicated career manager.

    Requirements

    • A 2.1 or first-class bachelors’ degree in science, technology, engineering, or maths.
    • A commitment to personal improvement and continuous professional development.
    • Emerging people and project management skills and the drive to take on responsibility.
    • Determination to be the best and genuinely make things better for people and the planet.
    • Strong communication skills accompanied by self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
    • The passion, resilience, and energy to work hard and sustain what it takes to succeed.

    • A package worth £28,000 with a base salary of £24,000 plus other rewards and benefits including 6% employer contribution pension plus private medical cover and travel insurance.
